Loved the breakfast! Fresh fruit and great coffee made each morning special. The room was comfortable but could use a bit more housekeeping during the weekend. the main road work outside was a hassle. 😊

The beautiful sea views were a highlight.
Unfortunately, my room felt quite dated and uncomfortable. The bathroom was cramped, and the shower was barely functional. I also noticed the furniture was oddly arranged, creating a claustrophobic feel.

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t
Stunning ocean views! ! The service was exceptional, particularly at the front desk, where staff went above and beyond, accommodating us even at 7 am.
Limited food options at breakfast and slow Wi-Fi connectivity hindered our experience.

The family-run feel of Villa Nico truly stands out. The friendly staff made me feel welcome from the start, especially the receptionist who checked me in early after my flights were delayed. The Standard Double Room offered a breathtaking ocean view, making it a peaceful escape. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast on the terrace with lovely views of the Adriatic. While the cleanliness of the room was generally good, I did notice a few stains on the bedsheets and the floors could’ve used a more thorough clean. Dinner at the on-site restaurant didn't meet my expectations. the food quality was inconsistent, and my seafood dish was inedible. noise from the street could be bothersome if you have the windows open at night. The bus service to the town center was efficient, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend adventure in Zadar with fantastic value for money. The calamari at the on-site restaurant was excellent, making our meals special. Don't miss the easy access to the beach just across the street.

missingWrote a review on 18 Augdated ambiance
Rooms felt dated with bulky furniture, a basement-like ambiance, and limited supplies like one duvet for two people. The breakfast left much to be desired—cold scrambled eggs and a small selection were just the start. even the coffee wasn’t up to par. a broken hairdryer and an unclean drawer in the nightstand added to the overall disappointment.
